Vocabulary & Spelling (3.5 - 7 years old) & Creative Writing (5 - 10 years old)

Grammar is the sound, structure, and meaning system of language. Learning grammar gives meaning to sentence structures and children can greatly improve the creative aspect of writing. While students may be effective speakers of English, they need guidance to become effective writers. They need to learn how to transfer their knowledge of grammatical concepts from oral language to written language.

Vocabulary & Spelling Age: 3.5 - 7 years old Duration: 1 hour Number of Classes: 8 (theme changes bi-monthly) $350/ lesson With different stories and themes, this course will teach your child to learn new vocabularies, learn how to express themselves more confidently and build a strong foundation in writing.

Creative Writing Age: 5 - 10 years old Duration: 1 hour Number of Classes: 4 (theme changes every month) $350/ lesson Children will learn the correct grammatical sentence structures and rules that will perfect their writing skills and improve their techniques.

 

Katilyn (6 years old) Unit Blocks stimulate Katilyn's curiosity and interest in doing mathematical questions. After joining Block-a-lot, she has dramatically improved her confidence and is more sensitive to numbers. After joining the Vocabulary & Spelling course, Katilyn begins to express her ideas more effectively in writing.

Kristan (5 years old) 每次上堂，導師會事先以積木堆砌好一些東西，然後要小朋友推散，之後再任由他們堆砌各種造型。現代社會的小朋友很怕失敗，但透過這個看似簡單的過程，小朋友就學識，被人家推跌一項完成品，之後可以重新再來過。Kristan的哥哥沒有在這上堂，當他的玩具被別人弄散時，他會唔開心，相反，Kristan就唔會，他懂得重新再來的道理。
