Experienced Teachers

Our teachers are all degree holders, qualified English teachers, native English speakers and with rich teaching experience. All our courses will be taught in English. Upon special request, classes can be conducted bilingually.

Building Blocks for future Success

There are new themes for every 4 sessions; hence, children will experience different activities and exercises in each lesson. Every 4 lessons include 4 elements: building with blocks, arts & crafts, story-telling and communication.

Children joining this course will also receive session reviews and photos.

Adventurist (Age 1 - 2 years old)

Adventurist

Age: 1 - 2 years old
Duration: 45 mins

In Adventurist, we focus on building a child’s physical development, both loco-motor and non-locomotor skills. We concentrate on the preliminary levels of block building, which are carrying and stacking with blocks. Moreover, we will incorporate theme related materials in this course.




Pre-Explorer

Age: 1.5 - 3 mths
Duration: 50 mins

Following instructions, concentration and attentiveness will be the core element of this course. Along, we will be progressing from stage 3 to stage 5 (bridging, enclosures and patterns & symmetry) of block building. Abilities such as grouping & sorting, similarities & differences, weight & size will be achieved in this course.




Explorer

Age: 2.5 - 5 years old
Duration: 50 mins

Imagination, creativity and communication are the key of this unit. Children will concentrate on stage 6 and 7 (early and later representational) of block building. There will also be mathematical theories discussed in various activities.

Ready-2-Read (Phonics)

In this course, our goal is to develop children with a strong foundation in phonics. The widely known, Letterland phonics, is a fun and easy learning system in guiding children to achieve reading success. This program is written by one of our highly experienced professionals, incorporating both Letterland materials and blocks to easily engage children into the topic and accelerate their learning process.

Level 0

Age: 2.5 - 5 years old
Duration: 50 mins

This is tailored to children with no previous experience with either phonics or English. This level guides children to obtain the correct pronunciations from A to Z to vowels, and the recognition of the 26 alphabets.




Level 1

Age: 3 - 5 years old
Duration: 50 mins

The preliminary level of phonics. We will be focusing on children acquiring the correct pronunciations, spelling, letter sounds and handwriting, which aids in the recognition of the relationships between letters and the combination of letters and sounds. Children will also use blocks to build different letters to strengthen their memories and enjoyment towards learning.




Level 2

Age: - 6 years old
Duration: 50 mins

Level 2 concentrates on digraphs and trigraphs. More activities and group games will be included to boost children’s memories and conversational skills.




Level 3

Age: 4 - 7 years old
Duration: 50 mins

With fortified phonics skills after mastering level 1 and 2 of Ready-2-read, children will begin to read short stories and write and combine sentences together.



Ready-2-Count (Mathematics)

This course is suitable for children who want to acquire basic techniques to calculate simple maths. Course apparatus include blocks, professionally made exercise books, and related maths materials.

Stage 1

Age: 2.5 - 5 years old
Duration: 50 mins

This is the beginning level for children with no pre-exposure of maths. In this level, children will focus on mathematics vocabularies, comparisons, numbers, shapes and addition to better prepare themselves for the formal study of maths.




Stage 2

Age: 3 - 5 years old
Duration: 50 mins

This intermediate level reviews the basic elementary mathematical skills, patterns, symmetries, measurement, and later progresses to mastering simple addition & subtraction.




Stage 3

Age: 3 - 6 years old
Duration: 50 mins

This advanced level concentrates on preparing children for the formal study of maths. From recognizing numbers, addition, subtraction to simple multiplication & division.
